Instructions

00771 LENTIL PAPRIKA CREAM and TAPAS INGREDIENTS for 4 people: 250 g of canned lentils, 100 g of peeled, diced potatoes, 4 cups of vegetable broth, 2 tablespoons of butter, a teaspoon of sugar, one teaspoon of paprika, the juice of half a lemon, tapas Melt two tablespoons of butter in a pan and fry the chopped onions.

Add the drained lentils, potatoes, diced, peeled tomatoes and vegetable broth.

Stir and cook for 12 minutes.

With a hand blender mix until you have a puree.

Season with salt, sugar and pepper, add the lemon juice and continue cooking for another 3 minutes.

Served with tapas.
