Bucatini with Zucchini (2)
Instructions
Wash the zucchini, deprive them of spikes, cut into logs, divide them into 4 pieces and put them in 1 pan with oil, garlic, peeled and sliced, salt and a bit of chili crumbled.
Let Cook for 30 minutes on low heat.
Meanwhile, Cook the bucatini al dente.
Drain them and put them in the tureen, 1 rovesciarvi over the zucchini and combine the cottage cheese, mixing well.
Serve immediately.
