Instructions

00884 PRAWNS with CURRY SAUCE INGREDIENTS for 4 PERSONS 600 g of shrimp tails, 100 ml cream, an Apple, an onion, 2 tablespoons curry powder, olive oil, salt Peel and chop the onion.

Peel the Apple, divide it in half, remove the core and cut the flesh into dice.

Fry the onion in a pan with a little oil and when it starts going, add the Apple nuts, stir and cook for a few minutes.
