Instructions

Throw in plenty of salted boiling water and 600 grams of fresh shrimp and 1 sprig of fresh dill.

Boil for 10 minutes, remove and replace with 1 dill sprig fresh.

Let shrimp cool in the cooking water, drain them and free them from the shell.

Serve them as an appetizer, accompanied by slices of toast and butter.
