Spicy bucatini
Instructions
Clean and wash the Catalonia.
Dry well and cut into strips.
In a pan Saute 6 tablespoons of olive oil in the crushed garlic and peppers.
When garlic is golden, add the Catalonia and allow it to dry at high heat.
When cooked, remove garlic and chilies.
Boil the bucatini in boiling salted water until al dente, drain and pour into pan with Catalonia.
To add good mixing and season with plenty of cheese.

- 500 g of type pasta bucatini
- 1000 g of catalan salad
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 3 chilies
- 6 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt
- Abundant of grated pecorino cheese
