Instructions
Mix the flour, sugar, eggs, soft butter, milk, a pinch of salt and yeast dissolved in a little hot water.
Worked well getting some sort of bread dough, then add the raisins and crushed anise seeds.
Make a ball and put it to rise in a warm place, covered with a cloth.
With the dough you then loaves or bagels and with a knife make a cut lengthwise of the surface (facilitates Yeasting) and let it sit for about an hour in a warm place.
Brush with beaten egg and bake in moderate oven for about an hour.
