Instructions

05882 POTATOES STUFFED with SCALLOPS for 4 PERSONS INGREDIENTS 8 large potatoes if possible powdery, not 8 scallops, 150 g of butter, 2 egg yolks, a dl of fresh cream, dill, salt, pepper, nutmeg.

Preheat oven to 240ø.

Wash and dry the potatoes.

Posatele on a baking plate covered with a sheet of baking paper.

Simmer for about 15 minutes.

Decreased then the heat from the oven, reshot the potatoes and continue cooking for about 30/40 minutes.

When cooked, remove from oven; each potato slice horizontally the shell and dig the pulp with a spoon.

Wash the scallops, place on a sheet of aluminum foil and bake in a floating for about 10 minutes.

When cooked, chop finely.

Melt the butter and embed the potato pulp, add the chopped scallops and mix thoroughly.

Then add the egg yolks, fresh whipped cream and flavored with nutmeg, salt and pepper.

Stuffed potatoes dug with the filling prepared, bake at 150ø.

for about 10 minutes.

Garnish with fresh dill and accompanied with salad.
