06923 PORK STEW INGREDIENTS for 4 PERSONS 600 g of pork loin, 500 g of tomato sauce, 1/2 onion, 1/2 glass of white wine, a cup of vegetable broth, dried chili, 2 Bay leaves, 4 tablespoons olive oil, salt.
Cut the diced loin and core of the fat.
Heat the oil in a saucepan and sauté the chopped onion, add the meat and stir often because you marinate all sides.
Add the wine, raise the heat, and allow to evaporate.
Add salt and pour the tomato pulp and half broth, chopped chilli, cover the pan to low heat and continue cooking for 45 minutes, if you add the rest of the broth.
Ten minutes before the end of cooking, add the bay leaf.
Transfer stew in a serving dish and serve.
