Fish kebabs
Instructions
INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 1 big slice of fish, 4 shrimp, 2 anchovy fillets in oil, 1 plain yogurt, 1/2 tablespoon of mustard, 1/2 tablespoon of salsa, 1/2 clove of garlic, 1 tablespoon oil, salt, 1 lemon.
Peel the prawns and cut the fish into cubes.
Slide the fish, alternating, in a stick for skewers and salt lightly.
FRY in a little oil the minced garlic, pour the sauce, mustard, yogurt and lemon juice and stir well.
Put the skewer into a baking dish, pour over the sauce and simmer, turning strong oven every so often in the sauce for about 10 minutes.
