Instructions
MONKFISH in PROVENÇALE 07263 INGREDIENTS 4 PERSONS 8 slices of anglerfish, 4 6 salted anchovies, ripe tomatoes, 2 cloves of garlic, oregano, thyme, Rosemary, salt and white pepper.
PROCEDURE cut the tomatoes into slices, put them on a baking sheet and cover the bottom, sprinkle on a bit of chopped herbs.
Place over slices of tomatoes and anchovies fish, sprinkle a little olive oil and seasoned with chopped garlic and white pepper.
Cook in the oven, not too loud, until the fish is cooked, about 10 minutes.
