Lentil salad with chicken
Instructions
08181 LENTIL with CHICKEN SALAD INGREDIENTS for 4 PERSONS 200 g of dried green lentils, 400 g of cooked chicken, 4 potatoes, 2 carrots, an onion, a clove, a bouquet garni, 3 tablespoons olive oil 3 tablespoons walnut oil, 2 tablespoons vinegar, chopped 2 shallots, salt and pepper, salad leaves and sprigs of dill for garnish.
