Smoked trout salad with artichokes

08186 SMOKED TROUT SALAD with ARTICHOKES INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 80 g of Parmesan in a piece, an orange, 8 hearts of artichokes in olive oil, the juice of 1 orange, 4 slices of smoked trout, salt, pepper.
Remove the cheese rind and cut into pieces.
Wash and dry the Orange; delete the two ends.
Cut the orange into thin slices, then cut them in half.
Drain the artichoke hearts and cut them in two.
Prepare the vinaigrette by whisking with a fork the olive oil with orange juice with salt and pepper.
Cut the slices of trout to ffumicata into small pieces; pour into a bowl with the Orange pieces, artichokes, pieces of cheese and sprayed with the vinaigrette.
Stir gently and arrange the salad on individual plates.
Serve immediately.
