Smoked trout in sauce
Instructions
Clean the trout and carefully separate fillets, place them next to each other in a serving dish.
Mix remaining ingredients until well blended sauce; mend it with salt and pepper, if necessary, and pour it over the fish.
Let rest in a cool place.

- 600 g of smoked trout
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons of mustard
- 2 tablespoons of chopped chive
- Salt
- Pepper
