Sauces for grilling

12150 SAUCES for GRILLING PEPPERS SAUCE INGREDIENTS for 4 PERSONS 2 red peppers, 1 garlic clove, chopped scallions, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 20 cl of chicken broth, a spoonful of balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper.
Wash the peppers, cut them in half and remove the seeds and inner strands.
Cut them into small pieces.
In a saucepan, heat the oil, add the peppers, shallots and garlic and cook for 1 minute over high heat.
Pour the broth and simmer 20 minutes.
When cooked, blend with an immersion mixer and passed it through a sieve.
Add the balsamic vinegar and stir thoroughly.
If necessary.
Season with salt and pepper.
MINT SAUCE INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE A bunch of watercress, a sprig of fresh mint, salt, pepper, 150 g soft white cheese.
Wash the watercress in a bowl with water and a little vinegar: remove the larger leaves.
Pat dry with paper towels, then cook 5 minutes to steam.
Tritatelo finely and mix then white cheese.
Add salt and pepper.
Wash the Mint and shred her/it on the sauce when serving.
PEANUT SAUCE INGREDIENTS for 4 PERSONS 2 handfuls of peanuts, 2 tablespoons of Apple Cider vinegar, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of ketchup, a tablespoon of honey, 2 drops of tabasco, salt and pepper.
Toast the peanuts in a pan with non-stick coating.
In mixing bowl of a food processor, add the soy sauce, vinegar, ketchup, tabasco sauce and honey.
Add the peanuts and blend until obtaining a homogeneous sauce.
Season with salt.
