Instructions

4 PERSONS INGREDIENTS a few slices of panettone, for the cream: 4 eggs, half a litre of milk, 100 g sugar, 100 g of raisins 1/2 glass of liqueur to taste.

The PROCEEDINGS Take a syrup with a glass of water, two tablespoons of sugar, half cup liqueur to your liking and wet with slices of panettone.

For the filling prepare the custard gets slammed four egg yolks, sugar and mixing on the fire slowly with milk.

Out of the fire incorporate 2 egg whites and raisins that have made finding in warm water.

In a soufflé mould alternate the slices of cake with cream, finished with slices of panettone.

Cover with the remaining egg whites and then bake in the oven at medium temperature until slightly Golden.
