Instructions

20102 ' PEACH SOUFFLE INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE; 4 peaches, 300 ml of skimmed milk, 50 g sugar, 50 g flour, 25 g butter, 3 eggs, 4 tablespoons peach jam or apricot Preheat oven to 180° In a saucepan melt butter over low heat, add the flour and let it Brown, pour the milk, Cook stirring for 15 minutes.

Let cool.

Separate the egg yolks from the whites.

Beat the egg yolks with sugar until white and frothy cream.

Add the egg yolks to the mixture cooled in the pan.

Whip the egg white until foamy, and embed with care.

Peel the peaches, cut them in half, remove the core and fill with a spoonful of jam.

Place the peaches in a soufflé mould, pour the mixture in the Pan and bake for about 25-30 minutes.

Serve immediately;
