Chocolate with cream
Instructions
A17231 CHOCOLATE with CREAM INGREDIENTS for 2 PERSONS 50 g of dark chocolate, 3 tablespoons sugar, 1/2 sachet of vanilla, one tablespoon and 1/2 of cornstarch, 2 cups of milk, ready-made whipped cream, chocolate curls.
Pour into a saucepan the sugar, cornstarch and vanilla.
Pour the milk a little at a time, stir carefully so that it doesn't form lumps and put on fire.
When the milk is hot enough, add the chopped chocolate (the amount may vary according to your taste) and continue to stir it to avoid lumps and melt chocolate.
Once melted chocolate, keep on stirring until chocolate has reached the desired density.
After that pour into the cups, decorated with whipped cream and chocolate curls.
Serve immediately.
