Chocolate zabaglione
Instructions
Boil the milk and wait for it to cool.
Meanwhile, mix well, being careful not to form lumps, eggs, sugar, cocoa and vanilla sugar.
Then add the marsala and finally alcohol and milk.
Let it sit 24 hours stirring occasionally, then filtered and bottled.
Shake before use.
It is excellent both for drinking and winter in warm milk.

- 6 egg yolks
- 800 g of sugar
- 100 cl of milk
- 200 g of alcohol
- 50 g of cocoa
- 200 g of marsala wine
- 2 g of vanilla sugar
