Instructions

2_05219 PURE ' GRATIN of BRUSSELS SPROUTS INGREDIENTS for 6 PERSONS 800 g Brussels sprouts, 30 g butter, 2 eggs, 20 cl of fresh cream, salt, pepper, a sprig of parsley.

Wash Brussels sprouts and remove the Bruzelles leaves marred.
