Skewers of chicken and mushrooms

2_09345 CHICKEN and mushroom SKEWERS with MUSHROOMS INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 4 chicken breasts, 800 g of mushrooms, a bunch of chives, 7 cl of cream, 3 tablespoons olive oil, 10 cl of soy sauce, 3 tablespoons of honey, salt and pepper.
Clean the mushrooms, wash them, hold aside any Chapel, smaller, and slice the rest; cut into cubes the chicken breasts; washed, dried chives and cut it into small pieces.
Thread on skewers, chicken and mushroom alternating chapels, then arrange on a baking plate.
Bring to a boil the soy sauce, honey and let it simmer for a minute, then remove from heat and let raffeddare.
Pour the sauce on skewers and let marinate for 10 minutes.
Bake the skewers with the marinade, in the oven already warm in 200° for about 15 minutes, turning often, until they are golden.
Heat oil in a pan, add the mushrooms and sauté, stirring often, for 6 minutes; Add salt, pepper, pour in the cream and continue cooking for 2 minutes.
Serve the mushrooms with the skewers and the chives.
