Instructions

12202 MUSHROOM SAUCE INGREDIENTS 125 g mushrooms, 30 g butter, 2 tablespoons of white wine, 2 tablespoons of milk or cream, 1 tablespoon flour, 1/2 shallot, 1 tablespoon Bouillon, salt.

Clean the mushrooms with a damp cloth and cut the end of the stems, cut them into four or six according to their size.

Put them in a small saucepan with the butter, water, salt and chopped shallots.

Put on the fire and simmer 5-6 minutes.

In a bowl mix the milk with the bouillon and flour and pour the mixture into the saucepan, stirring with a wooden spoon.

Add, finally, white wine, stir and simmer a few more moderate focus mintuo.
