Mushroom sicilian meatballs
Instructions
Clean the mushrooms and cook them to steam in very little water with a little salt.
Drain, chop finely and put them in a bowl.
Combine eggs, chopped garlic with a handful of parsley, 2 tablespoons of cheese and 2 of breadcrumbs, salt and pepper.
Mix all, adding possibly more breadcrumbs if the dough is soft.
Get 20-25 round patties.
FRY in very hot oil, causing them to Brown and arrange them on absorbent paper.
Put them in a hot dish and serve immediately.

- 500 g of mushrooms already cleaned
- 2 eggs
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
- 1 handful of chopped parsley
- 2 tablespoons of grated pecorino cheese
- Olive oil extra virgin
- Salt
- Pepper
