09739 BREAST of CHICKEN IN a SAUCE of CHEESE, SOFT INGREDIENTS for 4 people a great chicken breast or 2 small, 200 g of crescenza cheese, 2 tablespoons milk, 4 tablespoons olive oil, a knob of butter, a sprig of Sage, a lemon, salt, parsley.
Clean the chicken breast by removing bones and fat.
Wash it and dry it carefully.
