Instructions

24052 MOZZARELLA IN a CARRIAGE 6 PEOPLE INGREDIENTS 150 g sliced bread, traditional mozzarella, flour, 2 eggs, salt, olive oil.

Remove the bread all the crust, cut into slices, square preparing mozzarella slices at the same time of the same shape and size.

Put the slices of mozzarella cheese between two slices of bread, preparing of small sandwiches and, gradually, then toss them with the cut in the flour, in order to prevent the leakage of mozzarella when will pan.

The flour must be so lonely around the sandwich.

After you have prepared all the pieces, put a bit of warm water in a bowl and lightly wet the floured side of sandwich.

In another bowl beat the two eggs, add a pinch of salt and the mixture cover the sandwich.

Let it sit awhile (at least one hour) to allow the bread to absorb the egg.

A few minutes before serving, take with a shovel the sandwich and fry them in plenty of boiling oil.

Gradually the crostini will take a nice golden color, remove them from the Pan, let drain and place them on absorbent kitchen paper.

Served piping hot.
