Grilled turkey roast with vegetables

A09050 GRILLED TURKEY ROAST with VEGETABLES INGREDIENTS for 2 PEOPLE 3 tablespoons olive oil, juice of 1/2 lemon, a sprig of parsley, 1 small piece of chili pepper, 1 clove of garlic, 1 head Belgian Endive, 1 head of radicchio rosso, 1 Zucchini, salt.
Finely chop the parsley, garlic and chilli.
Transfer the mixture into a bowl and add the lemon juice, olive oil and a pinch of salt.
