In a bowl diluted the salt into lemon juice, then pour the oil and add the chopped herbs and cumin seeds.

Place each cutlet on a aluminum foil, drizzle with sauce and then close firmly the? cartocci?.
Place in preheated oven (200° c) and cook for about 10-12 minutes.
When cooked place the cutlets in the plates with their marinade.
Accompanied with potatoes with garlic and parsley.
