Instructions

A09051 ROAST TURKEY IN VELVETY SAUCE INGREDIENTS for 2 PEOPLE 1/2 onion, 1 carrot, 1 clove of garlic, 30 g of butter, a few grains of pepper, 1 cup of white wine, salt, 1/2 teaspoon potato flour, 2 Zucchini, 1 carrot, 1 potato, some asparagus.
