Instructions

A00043 STRACCHINO CROSTONI with WALNUTS INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 300 g of stracchino or crescenza cheese, 100 g butter, 1/2 cup of cream, 200 g Walnut kernels, 8 slices of Tuscan bread.

Cut into pieces and stracchino put it in a bowl with the soft butter into small pieces; mix the two ingredients with a wooden spoon (or with an electric mixer) until mixture is soft and smooth, then pour in the cream gradually, stirring well.

Blanch the walnuts, drain, Peel, coarsely spezzettateli and add them to the cream.

Let stand the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.

After this time, just toasted slices of bread in the oven, let them cool and spread them liberally with prepared mixture.

Place the slices on a serving dish and serve immediately.
