Instructions

A20043 POLVERE DI STELLE INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 2 large Grapefruits, 1 pack of licorice pieces, silver 125 g of blueberries, 1/2 glass of white wine.

Peel the grapefruit and bleed off the cloves from each other.

Put in Blender blueberries, sugar and wine and blend for three or four minutes, so as to obtain a homogeneous and dense enough sauce.

Pour two tablespoons of this cranberry sauce in individual dessert plates, sprinkle over some grapefruit segments in order to create a harmonious design and sprinkle at the last moment with a splash of silver pieces of licorice.
