Pear pudding
Instructions
Cook the pears, peeled and cut into pieces with 100 g of sugar and milk.
Just become soft blend.
In a bowl beat the egg yolks with the 4 other 100 g sugar, add the savoiardi biscuits and PEAR Smoothie cold.
Carefully fold the whipped egg whites until stiff, pour the mixture into a buttered mould and bake in oven at 180 degrees for one hour.
Put warm.

- 1000 g of red williams pear
- 200 g of sugar
- 25 cl of milk
- 4 eggs
- 400 g of biscuits savoiardi
