Instructions
In a bowl mix well all ingredients except pears.
Pour the mixture into a mold (18 cm diameter) covered with paper for baking and basting with butter.
Peel the pears, cut into thin slices and arrange them in a circle on the mixture by applying a light pressure.
Cook in preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 35 minutes.
