Bunuelos
Instructions
Bring to a boil the milk, combine butter so I know thaw and leave to cool.
Add the beaten eggs.
Mix baking powder, the salt and the flour then incorporate the milk stirring carefully.
Work the dough until it becomes homogeneous.
Transfer to a floured surface and work even for 2-3 minutes.
Form 20 balls and let rest for 5 minutes.
Enlarge to form balls of circles with a diameter of about 10 cm.
FRY in hot oil until they are golden brown on both sides.
Dry with paper towels.
Sprinkle with Aniseed Syrup.

- 3/4 cup of milk
- 1/4 cup of butter
- 2 beaten eggs
- 3 cups of wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- Olive oil for frying
- Aniseed syrup
