Fried calamari
Instructions
Clean the squid, wash them and dry them.
Sprinkle With Flour.
FRY in plenty of hot oil.
When they are golden, it will take a few minutes, drain them on kitchen paper.
Sprinkle the pretzels at the end to get a nicely crispy FRY.
The calamari so prepared are often served with fried shrimp or other delicate fish fry.
Accompanying wines: Friuli Aquileia Riesling, Bolgheri DOC Bianco DOC, DOC Vermentino Di Gallura.
