Instructions

Clean the calamari by removing the ink bladder, bones, eyes and clean the head.

Cut to form rings and leave intact the tentacles.

Rinse thoroughly and dry them well.

Pass them in the flour and fry them in hot oil.

Drain when they are crisp and not too colorful.

Season with salt and serve with the lemon into wedges.
