Stuffed squid
Instructions
Clean the squid without breaking the Pocket.
Cut the tentacles into small pieces, mix with eggs, crumbled, garlic crumbs and chopped parsley, cheese and a little salt.
Stir the mixture and stuffed squid and cucirne ends.
Put in baking dish, sprinkle with oil, salt, pepper, chopped parsley and crumbled a little water.
Put in hot oven at 180 degrees for 1 hour.

- 2 big squid
- 2 eggs
- 1 bun (crumb)
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 handful of grated parmesan cheese
- 1 chili
- Olive oil
- Parsley
- Little of salt
