Instructions
Finely chop the prosciutto, shallots, spinach, walnuts and 30 g of breadcrumbs soaked in milk; Add salt, pepper and fill with this mixture cleaned calamari.
Halve the tomatoes and onion slice with icing.
Place in a greased baking dish and calamari.
Deglaze with white wine, sprinkle of oregano and pepper and bake at 200 degrees for about 30 minutes.
