Razor clams gratin
Instructions
Open the razor clams, place them in a pan greased with olive oil, dust them with copious amounts of breadcrumbs and parsley, add the butter flakes, soak them with the remaining oil and perarli.
Let them cook in hot oven, to 230 degrees.
Once cooked sprinkle them with lemon juice and serve.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 1/2 lemon
- 1 glass of olive oil
- 30 g of butter
- Chopped parsley
- Pepper
- 1000 g of type razor clams pasta
- 1 tablespoon of breadcrumbs
