Artichokes with parsley
Instructions
Clean the artichokes of hard and pointed leaves and put them in water acidulated with lemon juice for a few minutes.
Chop the garlic and parsley, put a teaspoon of the leaves of each artichoke, place them straight in a baking pan with oil and a glass of water, sprinkle with breadcrumbs and salt and cook over a low heat.
