Stuffed artichokes Alla Siciliana (2)
Instructions
Clean the artichokes and place them in salted water.
Crumble the sausage; mixed with 1 egg, cheese, pine nuts, raisins softened.
Fill the artichokes by passing them then in beaten egg.
Fry them and transfer them into a pot with the sauce to finish cooking.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 8 small artichokes
- 100 g of pure pork sausage
- 20 g of sultanas
- 20 g of pine nuts
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon of grated pecorino cheese
- 2 eggs
- Olive oil extra virgin
- Tomato sauce
- Salt
