Chinese chicken breast
Instructions
Buy the whole chicken breast (about 500 g), rather than cut into slices, so you can split it into cubes or strips.
Eliminate the fat and nerves with a small knife or scissors.
If you want to obtain threads, split it into 4 or 6 slices, place on a piece of baking paper wet and squeezed, cover with another piece of paper, always wet and squeezed, and appiattitele with a meat tenderizer, exerting steady pressure, not to rip.
Divide the chicken breast to a cm dice and sprinkle with flour.
Roasted in a pan 50 g peeled almonds.
Cook the chicken 6 minutes in the same pan with 40 ml peanut oil over high heat and stir.
Add 20 ml of soy sauce, 30 g of strips of pickled peppers, almonds and cook 2 minutes.
When cooked, served hot.
