Avocado carpaccio
Instructions
Arrange the meat slightly overlapping slices on a serving platter.
Halve the avocado, remove the pit, Peel and cut the flesh into thin slices lemon spruzzandole.
Distribute the slices of avocado in a radial pattern on the meat and put bean sprouts blanched for 3 minutes in boiling water.
Drizzle with olive oil and lemon tossed with salt and pepper.

- 400 g of eye of round steak
- 2 not overripe avocado
- 50 g of bean sprouts
- 2 lemons
- 5 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt
