Instructions
In a bowl, emulsify oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper.
Arrange the slices on a platter, sprinkle with the emulsion prepared and let macerate for 30 minutes.
Sprinkle with grated caciocavallo cheese.

- 600 g of very thin slices of beef meat
- 8 tablespoons of olive oil extra-virgin fruity medium
- 1 tablespoon of aceto balsamico tradizionale
- Some scales of cheese caciocavallo podolico
- Freshly ground black pepper
- Salt
