Catalonia and bacon
Instructions
Clean and wash the Catalonia.
Bring to boil 100 cl of water with coarse salt and then Catalonia.
Boil for 20 minutes.
Cut the bacon into small cubes.
Drain the vegetables, squeeze it and cut it into strips.
Gently fry the bacon in 8 tablespoons oil and add Catalonia.
Cook stirring for 10 minutes and serve hot.

- 1000 g of catalan salad
- 300 g of bacon
- 8 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt
