Cavatelli with cabbage
Instructions
Clean cabbage, cut it in half and then in thin slices lengthwise.
Wash It.
Bring to boiling salted water and cook the cabbage.
Meanwhile prepare a sauce by lightly fry the crushed garlic with pepper and 1 by joining the tomatoes into small pieces.
When the cabbage is cooked remove from water with a skimmer and put it in a soup-tureen; in the same water Cook cavatelli.
Once cooked drain, combine the cabbage and pour over the tomato sauce.
Stir and serve.

- 1 cabbage from 1000 g
- 500 g of fresh cavatelli pasta type
- 4 blanched peeled ripe tomatoes
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 clove of garlic
