Mozzarella stuffed (Mozzarella farcita)
Instructions
In a bowl, prepare the salad with Romaine lettuce, radicchio and julienned carrots.
Dress with oil, salt and pepper and deal a part on the mozzarella to be smoothed on a chopping board.
Distribute the Turkey Breast and finish with the remaining salad.
So stuffed mozzarella rolled herself up and keep it in the refrigerator wrapped with plastic wrap.
Just before serving, sprinkle slices lightly with freshly ground white pepper.
Variants
instead of the Turkey Breast you can use bresaola, prosciutto crudo well degreased or simply fill with salad seasoned and very colorful.
Ingredients and dosing
- 500 g of mozzarella vaccinate
- 100 g baked Turkey Breast slices (about 180 Kcal per 100 g)
- A small tuft of romaine lettuce salad (100 g)
- 2 carrots, cut into julienne (100 g)
- Few leaves of radicchio
- 2 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil (20 g)
- salt and pepper to taste.
