Sweet semolina del canavese

It was a side dish accompanying the stir-fry of meat. Today can be considered a cake suitable for all ages. Very simple and easy recipe even for those without experience. It's one of my favourite dishes makes me the same effect as when you eat the cherries, pulls a piece of each other! Semolina prepared so is great even without Breading; My grandmother used to make breaded part and one part left to consume cold nature: in both cases for us children was a party!

Remove from heat and pour in the semolina while stirring and rain pounded quickly with a wooden spoon so it doesn't form lumps. Put on the heat and cook stirring for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and add the lemon rind and combine the juice, mix well.

Take a sufficiently large cutting board or a large serving platter, moisten it with water, pour over the mixture and let cool thoroughly. Once cooled cut diamonds semolina with a wet knife in the water.

Beat the eggs in a bowl and prepare a baking dish with the bread crumbs, place the diamonds of semolina in the egg and then toss them in the breadcrumbs to with exactly how you make when fried meat. Take a frying pan and cover the bottom with plenty of oil and bring to room temperature over low heat, get two or three lemon rind and let fry the diamonds of semolina, taking care to turn on all sides to get a uniform Browning. Proceed thus until exhaustion of diamond pattern, taking care to add fresh oil from a pan-fried. Cutlery frying on a paper towel to deposit excess oil and serve hot and crunchy.
