Sweet soufflé with zabaglione
Instructions
With the egg yolks, sugar and lemon juice does the zabaglione and leave to cool.
In a little boiling water melt sheets of isinglass and montano 5 egg whites until foamy.
Mix everything together and pour into a mold well soaked with liqueur and ice.
Ingredients and dosing for 8 persons
- 9 eggs
- 5 tablespoons of sugar
- 4 lemons (juice)
- 2 sheets of isinglass
- Little of wine rosolio
