A simple recipe for a delicious cake and digeribilissima, to eat without guilt!

Roll out with a rolling pin dusted with flour the pastry in a layer about half a centimetre, roll it up with a sheet of baking paper and let it rest in the refrigerator for about half an hour. Take the pasta, lean over the bottom of a pan of those that open and cut out portions of a disc the same size; brush the bottom of the pan with very little water and hold onto the disc; bucherellatelo repeatedly with a fork.

Peel apples basis and core material and then cut into thin slices; then distribute them over the dough half slice overlapping the other slice. Turn on the oven and turn the knob to 180°. Pour into a plastic sieve the icing sugar with a hint of cinnamon and turning with a spoon sprinkle the whole thing. Bake and cook until the dough and apples will not take a nice golden color, calculated on average about 25 minutes from the moment you put the Pan in the oven.
