Take medium-sized trout and 8 cover of white wine, 2 Bay leaves, salt and pepper. Boiling then let cool. In a pot put 7 artichokes cleaned and cut into wedges, 1 very large Zucchini, 2 onions, butter, olive oil, salt and pepper. Cook then whisk everything; Meanwhile clean the trout and blend. Combine artichokes, Zucchini and 2 packs of 250 cream, 3 sheets of gelatine dissolved in white wine. Mix all and pour into aluminum trays where you previously made of gelatin and thicken.
