Pasta with broccoli, tomatoes and gambreri
Instructions
In a pan pour a tablespoon of olive oil and a clove of garlic, which you have done warm up for a minute over a low heat. Add the shrimps and the glass of white wine. Cook at low heat. Cut the tomatoes into wedges and put them together with shrimp, stirring.
Meanwhile Cook the broccoli in boiling salted water and drained them, put them back into the pan. Continue cooking until the shrimp have become tender, being careful not to evaporate the liquid.
